Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (180ยฐC). Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the Greek yogurt, orange juice, and orange zest.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth.
Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Using a fork, poke holes all over the cake. Pour the orange glaze over the cake, making sure to fill the holes.
Let the cake cool completely before serving.
