Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients:

4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Marinade:

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, rosemary, smoked paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Pork Chops:
