Cheesecake-Topped Brownies
Ingredients:
For the Brownie Layer:

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
For the Cheesecake Layer:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
2. Prepare the Brownie Layer:

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar.
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Sift together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Add to the butter mixture and stir until just combined.
Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
3. Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:

In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the granulated sugar and beat until combined and creamy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
4. Assemble and Bake:
