Grandma’s Strawberry Pretzel Dessert
Ingredients:
For the Pretzel Crust:

2 1/2 cups pretzel crumbs (about 4 cups of crushed pretzels)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
For the Cream Cheese Layer:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Strawberry Jello Layer:

1 package (3 ounces) strawberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries or frozen strawberries (thawed and drained)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Pretzel Crust:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix the pretzel crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish, forming an even layer.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:
