1. No-Bake Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish or springform pan. Chill while preparing the filling.
Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Assemble: Spread the filling over the crust. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
2. Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions:
Prepare the Base: Mix graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a baking pan.
Make the Topping: Melt chocolate chips and butter together. Spread over the peanut butter layer.
Chill: Refrigerate until set, then cut into squares.
3. Strawberry Shortcake Cups
Ingredients:
1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Store-bought shortbread cookies or sponge cake
