Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch Pizza
Ingredients:

For the Pizza Dough:

1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F or 45°C)
2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
3 1/2 to 4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
For the Toppings:

1/2 cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (grilled or rotisserie chicken works well)
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion (optional)
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

1. Prepare the Pizza Dough:

Activate Yeast:

In a small bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
Mix Dough:

In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 1/2 cups of flour with salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until the dough starts to come together.
Knead Dough:

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes, adding more flour as needed, until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Let Dough Rise:

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
2. Prepare Toppings:

Cook Bacon:

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble into pieces.
Shred Chicken:

If you haven’t done so already, shred or dice your cooked chicken.
3. Assemble the Pizza:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
Roll Out Dough:

Punch down the risen dough and divide it into two portions if making two pizzas. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
Add Sauce:

Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add Toppings:

Evenly distribute the shredded chicken and crumbled bacon over the ranch dressing.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Optionally, add finely chopped red onion and sliced black olives.
