Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (or your favorite herb)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for extra flavor)
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven or Pan:
If baking, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). If pan-frying, heat a skillet over medium heat.
Prepare Chicken:
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps with browning and crispiness.
Season Chicken:
