A homemade dessert in five minutes that I never tire of. You don’t have to cook.

400 ml of milk.
1 lemon este.
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
Heat to boil.
2 egg yolks.
40 g of sugar.
15 g of cornstarch.
Cook while stirring constantly until thickening.
Allow to cool.
Juice of 1 lemon.
100 g of sweetened condensed milk.
Beat until thickened.
Decorate with cinnamon, cocoa or chocolate.
Place in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
