Asparagus Tart with Whipped Feta and Poached Eggs!

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on the prepared baking sheet.
3. Spread the whipped cream cheese evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Trim the woody ends of the asparagus and arrange them evenly over the cream cheese layer.
5. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the asparagus and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the asparagus is tender.
7. While the tart is baking, poach the eggs in simmering water until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
8. Remove the tart from the oven and let it cool slightly.
9. Spread a layer of whipped feta cheese over the cooked asparagus.
10. Tear the prosciutto slice into smaller pieces and scatter them over the tart.
11. Carefully place the poached eggs on top of the tart.
12. Drizzle pesto over the tart as a final touch.
