Bakery Style Amish Cinnamon Bread! No kneading, you just mix it up and bake it

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans.

Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Combine the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.

Combine Wet and Dry: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix!

Prepare the Cinnamon Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.

Layer the Batter: Pour half of the batter into each prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over each layer of batter. Add the remaining batter on top and then sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.

Swirl the Cinnamon: Use a knife to gently swirl the batter and cinnamon mixture together for a marbled effect.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool: Allow the bread to cool in the pans for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Enjoy!
This Amish Cinnamon Bread is soft, sweet, and perfect for sharing. You can even add nuts or raisins if you like! Enjoy your baking!
