Berries and Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1/2 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Yogurt:
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter yogurt. Adjust the sweetness to taste.
Layer the Parfait:
In a serving glass or bowl, start by adding a layer of yogurt.
Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
Add a layer of mixed berries over the granola.
Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass or bowl, finishing with a layer of berries and a sprinkle of granola.
