Blueberry Cream Cheese Egg Rolls

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
2. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each egg roll wrapper. Top with a few blueberries.
3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top, sealing the edge with a little water.
4. In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
5. Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
7. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with honey before serving.
