BREAD WITH MILK AND BUTTER

1. In a container, put the milk, sugar, dry yeast, melted butter and eggs, mix well.
2. Add the soft wheat flour, then the salt and mix.
3. Knead until you obtain a soft and smooth dough. Then cover and let sit for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
4. Remove all air from the dough.
5. Divide into 27-30 portions and shape into balls, then stretch and roll the dough.
6. Place in a greased pan, cover and let sit until doubled in volume.
7. Brush with 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
