Chile de Arbol Salsa

Instructions:
1. Heat avocado oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the tomatoes, jalapeños, garlic, and onion to the pan and fry until they are soft and slightly charred.
3. Add the Chile de arbol to the pan and fry for about 1 minute. Be careful not to burn them, as they will turn bitter.
4. Transfer the fried tomatoes and Chile de arbol to a blender and blend until well incorporated.
5. Add the rest of the fried vegetables (garlic, onion, and jalapeños) to the blender.
6. Season with salt, pepper, adobo, garlic powder, onion powder, and chicken bouillon.
7. Add the cilantro and the juice of 1 large lime to the blender.
8. Blend until smooth. If desired, add some of the frying oil to the blender for extra richness.
9. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
