Chocolate Cherry Upside-Down Cake

Grease a 9×13” baking pan.
Spread the cherry pie filling evenly at the bottom. Move cherries to distribute evenly.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients all at once; stir just until moistened.
