Classic Kiss Cookies

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Form Cookies:

Scoop about 1-inch balls of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers will still be soft.
Add Kisses:

As soon as you remove the cookies from the oven, gently press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. The cookies will be soft, so be careful not to press too hard.
Cool:

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tips:
Soft Butter: Make sure your butter is soft but not melted for the best texture.
Chill Dough: If the dough is too soft to handle, chill it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before baking.
Kisses: Use a variety of chocolate kisses if you want to mix things up—such as milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or even flavored varieties.
Enjoy your delicious Kiss Cookies! They’re perfect for holiday gatherings or just a sweet treat any time.
