Coconut 🥥 Mango 🥭 Ice Cream 🍨 Tropical Coconut Mango Ice Cream with a Hint of Lime

Puree the diced mangoes in a blender or food processor until smooth.
In a bowl, combine the mango puree with coconut milk and granulated sugar. Adjust the sweetness to taste.
Optionally, add a squeeze of lime juice for acidity and to enhance the mango flavor.
If desired, stir in shredded coconut for extra texture.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until creamy.
Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
