Coconut Cheesecake Brownies
Ingredients:
For the Brownie Batter:

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
For the Coconut Cream Cheese Swirl:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Oven and Pan:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. Make the Brownie Batter:

2.1. Melt Butter:

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
2.2. Add Cocoa and Dry Ingredients:

Stir in the cocoa powder until smooth. Then mix in the flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
2.3. Set Aside:

Set the brownie batter aside while you prepare the cream cheese swirl.
3. Make the Coconut Cream Cheese Swirl:

3.1. Beat Cream Cheese:

In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
3.2. Add Egg Yolk and Flavorings:

Beat in the egg yolk and vanilla extract until well combined.
3.3. Stir in Coconut:

Fold in the shredded coconut.
4. Assemble the Brownies:
