Cranberry Salsa

Cranberry Salsa
Ingredients:
1 bag (12 ounces) fresh cranberries (or 1 1/2 cups if using frozen)
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (adjust for heat preference)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
For Serving:

8 ounces cream cheese
Tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cranberries:

If using fresh cranberries, rinse them thoroughly. If using frozen cranberries, thaw them first and drain any excess moisture.
2. Make the Salsa:

In a food processor, combine the cranberries, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, sugar, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
