Cream Cheese Chicken Taquitos
Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (use rotisserie chicken for convenience)
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend cheese)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa (mild, medium, or hot, depending on your preference)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
10-12 small flour tortillas
Cooking spray or olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Prepare the Filling:

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
