Decadent Sweet Potato Pie with Fluffy Marshmallow Topping

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, brown sugar, evaporated milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Mix until well combined and smooth.
Pour the sweet potato filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth the top.
Bake the pie for 50-55 minutes, or until the filling is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool slightly. Increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the mini marshmallows evenly over the top of the pie.
Return the pie to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted.
Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing and serving.
