In a blender, combine pineapple juice, vanilla ice cream, frozen pineapple chunks, lemon juice, lime juice, and sugar (if using).
Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice.
Serve immediately in bowls or cones. For a soft-serve texture, pipe the mixture through a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
