Dorito Chicken and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken, chopped (you can use a rotisserie chicken for convenience)
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of corn, drained
1/4 cup minced onion
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 medium-sized bag of nacho cheese Doritos, crushed

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Lightly spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.

Spread half of the crushed Doritos on the bottom of the pan.

Reserve one cup of shredded cheddar cheese for later use.

In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, drained corn, minced onion, remaining shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.

Pour the chicken mixture over the layer of Doritos in the pan.

Top the casserole with the remaining crushed Doritos and the reserved cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
