Easy Apple Bread

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons milk or apple juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dry Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg (if using). Set aside.
Mix the Wet Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; the batter should be slightly lumpy.
Fold in the Apples:
