Easy Banana Bread Recipe

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add Eggs and Bananas:

Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
Combine Ingredients:

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
If using, fold in the nuts or chocolate chips.
Pour and Bake:

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a few crumbs.
Cool and Serve:

Let the banana bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
