Easy Crepe Recipe

Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with a bit of butter or oil.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan. Immediately tilt and swirl the pan to spread the batter evenly across the bottom.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip the crepe using a spatula or by gently tossing it if you’re feeling confident. Cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until lightly golden on the other side.
Serve:

Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding a bit of butter to the pan as needed.
Fill or top your crepes with your favorite sweet or savory fillings. Classic options include fresh fruit, Nutella, jam, whipped cream, or even a sprinkle of powdered sugar. For savory crepes, try fillings like ham, cheese, or sautéed vegetables.
Enjoy:

Fold, roll, or stack your crepes as desired, and enjoy!
These crepes are incredibly versatile and can be customized to suit your taste. They’re perfect for a quick breakfast or a special treat. Enjoy your crepe-making adventure!
