π₯£ Place the vegetables into a large mixing bowl and pour the spiced olive oil on top of them. Mix everything very well. π₯¦
π Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the vegetables out on it. πΆοΈ
π₯ Roast the Fajita Vegetables at 450Β°F for about 20 minutes, or until the vegetables have softened and browned. Serve warm. π½οΈ
