Elderberry Popsicles Recipe

In a mixing bowl or large measuring cup, combine the elderberry syrup, water (or coconut water), honey or maple syrup (if using), and lemon juice. Stir until everything is well combined.
Add Fresh Berries (Optional):

If you want extra texture and flavor, you can gently stir in the fresh berries.
Pour into Molds:

Carefully pour the elderberry mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
Insert Sticks:

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. If your mold has a lid with slots for the sticks, secure it in place.
Freeze:

Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
Unmold and Serve:

To remove the popsicles, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds until they release easily.
Enjoy your refreshing and immune-boosting elderberry popsicles!.
