Enchiladas Verdes

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of salsa verde on the bottom of a baking dish.
Fill each tortilla with a portion of the shredded chicken (or other filling) and a sprinkle of cheese. Roll up the tortillas and place them seam-side down in the baking dish.
Top with Salsa Verde:

Pour the remaining salsa verde over the top of the enchiladas, making sure they are well covered.
Bake:

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the salsa verde. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the enchiladas are heated through.
Garnish and Serve:

Garnish with chopped cilantro, sour cream, and sliced radishes if desired. Serve hot.
