Garlic and Butter Flatbread

In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add water and olive oil, and mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll them out into thin circles or ovals.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
In a small pan, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Brush each flatbread with the garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve warm as a side or with your favorite dips.
