Gravy Sauce

1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the flour, stirring constantly, and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture turns a light brown color.
3. Slowly whisk in the beef broth, making sure there are no lumps.
4. Add the Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Continue to cook, whisking constantly, until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
