Grilled Balsamic Flank Steak

For the balsamic marinade/dressing:
1/4 C balsamic vinegar
1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
1 T Dijon mustard
1 t honey or sugar free syrup
1 large clove garlic, minced/grated
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
For the steak caprese:
2 lbs flank steak
2 C cherry/grape tomatoes
1 C buffalo/fresh mozzarella, diced
2 T basil, thinly sliced
