Grilled Oysters with Spicy Miso Butter

Preheat your grill to high.
Mix butter, miso paste, and sriracha in a bowl.
Rinse and scrub the oysters under cold water.
Grill the oysters until they crack open, about 3-6 minutes.
Transfer oysters to a platter, pry open, and remove the top shell.
Spoon miso butter onto each oyster, return to grill until butter bubbles.
Serve with lime zest and baguette.
