Grilled Steak and Potato Packets

Cut Foil: Cut four large sheets of aluminum foil, each about 12×12 inches.
Layer Ingredients: On each sheet of foil, place an equal portion of the seasoned potatoes and vegetables in the center. Top with an equal portion of the seasoned steak cubes.
Seal Packets: Fold up the sides of the foil to create a sealed packet. Make sure to crimp the edges tightly to prevent any juices from leaking out. You can fold the edges over several times to ensure they are well-sealed.
Grill the Packets:

Grill Packets: Place the foil packets on the grill over indirect heat. Grill for about 25-30 minutes, turning the packets halfway through, or until the potatoes are tender and the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Serve:

Carefully Open Packets: Using tongs or a spatula, carefully open the foil packets (watch out for steam). Check for seasoning and adjust if necessary.
Garnish (Optional): Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
Tips:

Vegetable Variations: Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots, zucchini, or corn. Just make sure they are cut into similar sizes to ensure even cooking.
Seasoning Variations: Customize the seasoning to your taste. You can add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce for extra flavor.
Cooking Time: Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the steak and the size of the potato pieces. Adjust as needed.
