Halloween Cinnamon Rolls

Blend the Dough: Start by dissolving yeast in warm milk and allow it to sit for a brief 5 minutes. In another large container, mix sugar, melted butter, and egg together. Afterward, introduce the yeast mixture and incorporate flour and salt gradually until a pliable dough emerges. Knead it gently on a dusted surface for about 5-7 minutes, then relocate it into a greased bowl. Cover it and let it rise in a cozy spot for an hour or until it doubles in size.
Craft the Filling: In a small bowl, blend together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Roll Out Dough: Gently punch the risen dough and spread it on a floured surface into an even rectangle. Apply a layer of melted butter followed by a generous sprinkle of the cinnamon sugar blend over it.
Form the Rolls: Begin rolling the dough tightly from the longer side into a neat log. Segment it into 12 individual rolls and place them in a greased baking dish. Allow them to rise further for an additional 30 minutes.
Bake to Perfection: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Let the cinnamon rolls bake for 20-25 minutes or until they achieve a light golden hue.
Prepare the Icing: During the baking period, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until it forms a smooth icing. Split the icing into separate bowls, adding food coloring if you wish to enhance their visual appeal.
Decorate and Serve: After the rolls have cooled slightly, drizzle the icing over them and unleash your creativity with Halloween-inspired decorations using the colored icing.
