Herb-Crusted Prime Rib Roast Recipe

Prepare the Roast: Pat the roast dry with paper towels.
Seasoning: In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Rub the mixture all over the roast.
