Here’s how to whip up some Easy Orange Chicken Meatballs:

Preheat your oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the milk and breadcrumbs and let it soak for about 5 minutes. Then add in the ground chicken, beaten egg, minced garlic, green onion, soy sauce, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well until it’s nicely combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for around 15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
While the meatballs are cooking, let’s work on the sauce. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the chicken broth, orange juice, orange zest, sugar or honey, vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, ground ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer.
In a small bowl, mix together the cold water and cornstarch until it forms a smooth slurry. Add this to the sauce and whisk everything together. Continue simmering for about 5-8 minutes until the sauce thickens up nicely.
Once the meatballs are cooked through, toss them in the sauce until they’re all nicely coated.
Serve your delicious orange chicken meatballs hot and enjoy!
