Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots

Ingredients:
• 2 pounds baby carrots
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/4 cup honey
• 4 garlic cloves, minced (or 2 tsp garlic powder)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Cracked black pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Honey Garlic Butter Sauce:
• Melt the butter in a pan or skillet over medium heat.
• Stir in the honey until fully combined with the butter.
• Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
