1 cup vinegar
Juice of one lemon
Water
Directions:
Mix the vinegar and lemon juice with water and pour the mixture into a heatproof bowl.
Place the bowl in the oven and heat it to 100 degrees Celsius.
Let the steam work for about 20-30 minutes.
Wipe off the resulting steam and loosened deposits with a cloth.
3. Clean the oven with citric acid

1/2 cup citric acid
Water
Directions:
Mix the citric acid with enough water to form a paste.
Apply the paste to the dirty areas of the oven.
Leave the paste on for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Wipe off the dried paste and loosened dirt with a damp cloth.
4. Use the self-cleaning function
Modern ovens are often equipped with a self-cleaning function. This function heats the oven to extremely high temperatures to turn dirt into ash. However, follow the manufacturer’s instructions as this process can take a few hours and no food can be prepared during it.
