How to make garlic chicken A very easy recipe with incredible flavor!

1- To begin, place all the chicken pieces in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well with a fork. Let’s reserve a moment.

2- In a rather large pan, put the cup of oil and add the garlic cloves with the peel and with a small cut in the center.

3- Turn the heat on to medium temperature and leave to cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly. When you see that the garlic wants to brown, remove it from the heat and set it aside on a plate.

4- Taking advantage of the fact that the oil is very hot, we fry the chicken pieces. It is important to turn the heat up to maximum power for browning.

5- Once they are golden brown on one side, we turn them.

6- When the chicken is golden on both sides, remove it from the heat and set it aside on a plate.

7- Remove most of the oil from the pan (in this case you can save it for another preparation or throw it away).

8- Let it heat over medium heat and add the chicken pieces again.

9- We quickly throw away the glass of wine and the garlic cloves that we had previously set aside. Let it cook for about 15 minutes over low heat.

10- Once the time has passed we can remove the chicken from the pan.

And that’s all, now we can enjoy this delicious garlic chicken, accompanying it with the side dish you like best!
