Ingredients List:

FOR THE SYRUP

🥛 Condensed milk- ½ can ( 400 gm)

FOR THE KUNAFA FILLING:

🥛 Full fat milk-¾ cup
🥛 Heavy cream- 1 ¾ cup
🍬 Sugar- 1 ½ tbsp.
🌽 Cornstarch -2 tbsp.

FOR KUNAFA CRUST:

🥖 Semi-frozen Kunafa dough( shredded phyllo pastry)- 250 gm or 0.5 lbs
🧈 Unsalted butter/ Ghee( melted, room temperature)-½ cup
