Ingredients : 1 cup crushed ice 1 fluid ounce orange juice 1 fluid ounce pineapple juice ½ fluid ounce rum ½ fluid ounce coconut-flavored rum ½ fluid ounce grenadine syrup Directions Combine crushed ice, orange juice, pineapple juice, regular rum, coconut-flavored rum, and grenadine in a blender. Blend until the drink’s consistency is slushy.

1️⃣ Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Set aside.

3️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

4️⃣ Combine: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.

5️⃣ Fold In: Fold in grated carrot, apple, zucchini, and walnuts (if using) until evenly distributed.

6️⃣ Bake: Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
