ITALIAN-CREAM STUFFED CANNONCINI

INGREDIENTS :

Custard cream (crema pasticcera):
* 8 ounces (235 ml) of milk
* 3 Egg yolks
* 1/2 c. (100 grams) of sugar
* 3 tbsp (30 grams) of all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Cannoncini:
* 1/4 c. (50 grams) of sugar
* 1 sheet of puff pastry, defrosted (about 8 ounces, 225 grams)
* powdered sugar to decorate
* 1 egg (for egg wash)
