Jalapeño Popper Chicken Taquitos

Preheat Oven:

Set oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a 15×11-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Filling:

In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, bacon, and jalapeños.
Fill Tortillas:

Spoon 2-3 tbsp. of the mixture onto each tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
Prepare for Baking:

Ensure taquitos are not touching. Brush each lightly with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt if desired.
Bake:

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the taquitos are crisp and golden.
