Let’s make baking fun with this Zucchini Cheddar Bread! Great for sharing with friends and family.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and oregano.
In another bowl, beat eggs with vegetable oil and sour cream until smooth.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in grated zucchini, cheddar cheese, and jalapeños if using.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
