Luscious Chocolate Strawberry Brownies

Fold in the dark chocolate chips, making sure they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Layer the Brownie Batter & Strawberries:
Pour half of the brownie batter into your prepared pan, spreading it out evenly. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top, then spread the strawberry preserves over the strawberries.

Top with the Remaining Batter:
Pour the remaining brownie batter over the strawberry layer, spreading it evenly to cover the fruit.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).

Cool & Drizzle:
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Once cooled, drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the top and cut into squares.
