Mango Delight with Tapioca Pearls

1. Cook the tapioca pearls in boiling water until they turn translucent in color. Once cooked, set them aside and let them cool.
2. Slice and dice the ripe mangos, then set them aside.
3. In a blender, combine the coconut cream, condensed milk, and evaporated milk. Blend until you achieve a smooth mixture.
4. In a large serving bowl, pour in the milk mixture. Add the cooked tapioca pearls and the diced mangoes.
5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or if you’re impatient like me, dig in right away! Alternatively, you can serve it directly into individual cups and customize each serving with your desired amount of milk, tapioca, and mango.
6. Before serving, sprinkle a handful of coconut flakes on top for a delightful crunch.
