Meatballs Stuffed Mushrooms: an effortless recipe for a quick and delightful dinner.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove their stems.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  4. Take about one tablespoon of the meat mixture and roll it into a ball, then place it on top of a mushroom cap.
  5. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  7. After 20 minutes, remove the stuffed mushrooms from the oven and sprinkle them with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Return the mushrooms to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
