In a large pitcher, combine water, sweet tea, lemon juice, and chopped mint leaves. Stir well to combine.
Fill serving glasses with crushed ice. Pour the mint julep sweet tea over the ice.
Garnish each glass with fresh mint sprigs and lemon slices.
