Moist Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
1 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) or chocolate chips
Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. Set aside.
Mix Wet Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil. Whisk until well combined.
Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture. Mix until smooth.
